A couple of things I want to mention:
- I'm afraid Final-Fan's hunch was right and he's a naive cop (a second one) so I wouldn't consider any of his scans cleared.
- nen-suer was lynched with 4 votes instead of 5. There's no indication that he was hated (although an update of the OP would be appreciated prof) so we either have a double voter or someone doesn't have a vote (reducing the number of votes necessary for a lynch). It's also worth noting that Wonk seemed to know nen was hammered when he reached 4 votes.
- My favorite picks for a lynch today are our two bandwagonners radish and MetalGear.

- Vetteman94 (scum) defended him in this post (http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=4395891). Now, I'm sure Vetteman didn't expect to be killed on the very same day so it is possible he was actually trying to divert attention away from a fellow Mafia member.
- radish also has been pseudo scum-hunting all game long and continued to do so even after I pointed it out (http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=4396154).
MetalGear:
- Active lurker since the beginning, I've summed up his contributions to the first days here: (http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=4396127). On Day 4 (there was no Day Three), he once again contributed to the day's mislynch. This time though, he seemed to have more reasons than previous days:

Final fan - His name claim fits nicely with his role, and has done nothing scummy

And by process of elimination, trucks and radish are most likely to be mafia.

That's weird the same process brought me to the conclusion that you and radish were most likely the remaining Mafia.

If they do then they could have seen that nen was a naive cop and FF could have fakeclaimed first to set up nen's lynch.
Right well, I'm skipping right to the end of the page and reading the rest later, because it turns out I'm not a naive cop because TOS scanned guilty. Unless there's a RIDICULOUSLY BROKEN role to make a cop get a guilty scan on an innocent guy (not miller as that shouldn't scan guilty to a naive cop) then TOS is a bad guy.

OK now I've read the posts, and nothing in them changed my mind obviously. But there is one niggling little detail, namely the fact that I wasn't killed last night. It should have been beyond obvious that TOS was next on my list so I don't know why he didn't kill me if he's scum. Maybe a bus driver saved me or something, but it makes me upgrade the possibility of RIDICUBROKEN shenanigans from 1% to 10%.

You're right, nobody was ever going to claim Orlando, because that is my character! FF not only did you not die but one of the people you hadn't yet investigated also was killed. If TOS is scum who is left to be scum as well?
Baal? who would have then killed one of his own? although possible when vette pissed him off but it's still unlikely
and Me? Even as unsure of my role as I am. I wasn't given a mafia quicktopic or told I could kill. So whatever I am is probably passive.
