In the trailer it shows "24 05" a few times, guessing that's a release date, may not be though, but I'm sure it isn't a coincidence.

No way. They wouldn't wait so soon to launch to actually give a release date. I'm guessing May 2013 (although that seems a bit late)

That's been my guess as well, since it was announced. LA Noire, Red Dead and GTAIV were all April-May.

I think it's likely that the release month is May, however the year may be off. If it was coming 2012, it would have been officially announced so by now - after all we're only 5 months away. 2013 is more likely in that case, unless they're aiming for late 2012 instead.

That is right around Rockstar's usual Release, but isn't Max Payne coming out around then?

I don't think it's coming out in 2013,I also don't think it's coming out in may. Late 2012 is my guess. I'm going to say a sept/oct release.
