It's not too often that you see mobile game developers talk about their numbers, so I thought I'd make a thread here for both people who are interested in these kinds of things.

Death Rally launched as a universal app for $4.99 in late March 2011. It apparently recovered development costs in three days, and dropped price to $2.99 mid April. Several months, sales, giveaways, and price drops later, it's now $0.99 with 1.8 million downloads and still getting substantial content updates (multiplayer added Dec. 16th).
