How can you tell whether it's good or not if you don't know what they're saying?..

It's made by guiduc (a user from here) and he advertised it heavily a year ago.
The first 2 episodes were subtitled in a channel called "ZenithEnglish". I gave them a chance, but they were boring and average at best. Then, they stopped translating for lack of interest.
