How early will I leave? Not sure yet

What will I get? Clothes, HDTV, Battlefield 3, and 3DS games

Where will I go? 5 different stores

What will I do to deal with the crowds? Bring pepper spray, and a taser lol.

Honestly I never got into the black friday shopping spree until I met my wife. She mostly goes for the clothes and such. Most of the time I get my games through deals online. I did see some good deals however this year;

How early will I leave? Well Walmart's sale starts at 10pm witch of course includes the game deals. so will leave right after the family thanksgiving around 8:30pm

What will I get? some of the new kinect games I have yet to buy that will be $15, Gears 3, Forza 4, a few bluray movies, and probably whatever my wife decides to get.

Where will I go? Walmart, Kmart, and probably Kohls.

What will I do to deal with the crowds? Make sure to eat lots and lots of burritos a couple hours before hand.....And break wind all night like you wouldn't believe.

I will have a brother at BB really early so we can snag two of the $180 Lenovo laptops and I'll make a hopefully quick trip to Walmart to snag a copy of Zelda Skyward Sword bundle for $60.
