Any idea if the built in Wi-Fi on any of these will support 5 GHz, I've got two many devices on the 2.4 GHz in my building.

Nothing yet. It would be nice if the use the latest tech at 5GHz though. But it really comes down to the price difference between the radios they'd use.
a true gamer does not care about specs...this is pointless...

To me its not about who can pee the farthest, but just that they can all pee together.
I never cared that Wii was underpowered and not HD. I only cared that its choice of hardwared fucked Wii into not getting any 3rd party AAA support. So I was forced to buy a damn PS3 to play those games. That's $300 I'd rather of spent on games.
So, I made this thread not to have a dick contest but to have proof that these consoles are close enough that it doesn't matter. So long as Unreal Engine 4 can run on all of them, as well as other engines, then 3rd parties won't ingore Wii U and I only need one console. I can live without the mostly low-end first party titles from MSony so long as I can play Nintendo's and the many AAA 3rd party titles.
Thanks superchunk. So yup looking like the Wii U has got a bump up to 2GB total RAM. Very respectable amount.
Pretty much perfectly what Nintendo should have been aiming for. Not going to break the bank expensive but a hefty increase over the 360/PS3.
Oh also from reading posts from insiders on Gaf it seems that the Wii U controller has had the screen bumped up to 6.5inches. Which would make sense as that is a very standard size.
I wasnt attacking you, sorry if you felt that way.
I really dont care about how powerful the next-gen hw is going to be, i also dont give a fuk about UE4 or 3rd party support, i will always buy Nintendo, is that simple...

No worries. Didn't think you were attacking me or anyone else. While Nintendo is my premier choice and always first, you can't deny that 3rd parties make some killer games. As such, I just like the idea of having them available without additional hardware.

np, yeah I saw the increased size... but not sure exactly how much and 6" is close enough for now. E3 is only two weeks away and it will be confirmed then. I'm more interested in the other hardware as the screen size is minor overall.
Great thread. I've been trying to find a list of specs to compare the three consoles, and this is as close as we are going to get until we know official specs.
Nintendo still doomed?
Feel free to add me on 3DS or Switch! (PM me if you do ^-^)
