Forums - Gaming - So I got MW3....and I just have a few small questions.

I dislike all the new paths that allow flank attacks.

Its like you spawn and are attacked right away from behind??

How does that make any sense in multi player?

So it's my fault that every gun i've tried takes literally 2-4 times as long to kill people as it takes them to kill me? I'm shit at a game because it punishes people for being a low level. This type of attitude reminds me of the time where people on this forum basically said it was always your fault if your console broke, just freaking ridiculous.



Blacks Ops was far easier as it had many things for noob players. Such as better starting guns, really powerful perks, RC cars and such.

If you run into no hit detection problems and no lag i'm going to assume you are running 5K/D not playing with friends?

No lag and i'm running 350points per minute in blops with 3-4-5 in domination with no party.  MW3 lags and has horrible problems with shit maps and spawns, no reason i should kill a guy and have them spawn in the same room.  I'm running 1.72K/D, no party and the game lagging by over 1second most of the time.  You kill one guy and him and 3 of his teammates spawn right on top of you.  The ability to sound whore in this game is also gimped compared to MW2.  The graphics are also worse then MW2 and the game changes resolution during online games, Jumping between 480p or lower to is native res.

Regarding the thread.  The best gun is Type95, and all classes should have stinger and assassin.  5+ UAV per game is normal, lots of easy points to be had shooting down air suuport.

Even with it's faults MW3 is still a very fun game.

that's not true dude. the game does not punish people for being a low level. the best gun in mw3 imo is the first/third assault rifle and second smg. The ump45 on mw2 was hands down the most overpowered gun in the game and it was the second smg available. also the famas and ak74u in black ops were the most overpowered guns and they were available very early on. That's how it's always been in cod. it doesn't punish low level players at all.

in regards to you taking 2-4 times as long to kill people, maybe you are aiming at their feet/legs and they are getting head shots. Also if you are using an ump45 with rapid fire you will drop someone 2-4 faster than someone using an ak47 at close range. however if you were at long range it would be the opposite. just decide if you are a close range gunner or you like to keep a distance between enemies and then choose the right gun for your play style.

you're assuming my k/d is 5 cause i have a sweet connection but your k/d is 1.72 because you suffer from a little lag? yeh ok. so then i'm assuming your k/d in black ops is well above 5 cause you didn't get any lag with black ops.

My k/d in MW3 is 3.03 atm.

Sound whoring works perfectly and the graphics are better than MW2. stop talking shit dude. however i agree with you that the spawning is pretty bad atm but they will probably patch that very soon.

In this game? Are you kidding? Shotguns are appaling in MW3, they've been placed in main weapon slot then gimped. Can hardly kill anything. Very inconsistant.

Yet it still doesn't display confirmed and denied at the end, why make a game mode where the idea is to confirm your kills and not display the score at the end, they are tracking it. Same with domination, where are the captures and defends scores? If this is meant to not be about kills then don't make that stat display at the end.

Spawning has got to be sorted out, it's not about flanking but people being spawned near enemies. I stumbled upon 3 people once being spawned and have been killed from people running out and killing me from spawning instantly, I was practically next to them.



Hmm, pie.

the thing is in the past COD games there were no flank paths to the spawn areas and if there any they were in plain sight.

I really dislike how there is no safe area and are always randomly being attacked from the back even in your spawn area. No other COD game or other multiplayer game is like this.
