Uncharted! Uncharted 1 was great. But Uncharted 2 and 3 are incredible, 2 of my favourite games ever.
I think Mirror's Edge could have become my favorite franchise if it would have ever been more than one game.
So I'll go with Uncharted.

That was a tough one for me. It should, though. Batman is an old character (been around since 1939) and his exploits have been on just about every game console. I don't remember anything quite like the Arkham games, though. Batman Begins and Batman Vengeance (PS2,Gamecube, Xbox) offer a taste of Batman awesomeness.
I honestly don't know.
The Demon's Souls / Dark Souls franchise.
