That's probably the biggest genre that would benefit from this thing.

This would be awesome with a Heavy Rain type game. I hope they actually do something with this.

Sweet.

Now they will be able to tell how bored to tears I am every time a quick time event happens or a cinematic starts breaking up my gameplay...

Much better than the Vitality Sensor...

Play games with controllers, not by sticking my finger in a machine...

Take note, Nintendo.

to be fair.. while this looks like a much nicer solution.. in real life it's never gonna work.. a clip like the vitality sensor is much better cause it stays on you for 100 percent.. unlike this where you have to keep contact with the device yourself which is really hard.. *picks his nose*

..except then when you pick your nose it's going to hurt your face.

OT - none of those ideas seem like good (fun) ideas to me.  sounds like a waste functionality and an increase in the cost of controlers.  bad news imo.

If this increases the cost of controllers, Than I pass.......$60 for controllers are a pain in the ass as is!!

its a hell of alot better than that vitality crap Ninty was trying to make, I still dont think Sony's solution is that cool either IMHO

PS3 controllers retail for $55 in the US, and you can find them for cheaper online (usually around $40).
