Depends on the game and type of loading.

If its like a sports/racing game and its loading a match or a track then I can wait about 10-15 seconds no problem but 15+ starts to get annoying.

But if its in Fallout 3 and its the loading screen to go into a building or outside then I hate when it takes more than a few seconds, although in NV I've waited 30+ seconds just to go into buildings which is ridiculous.

I despise any amount of loading time because of how it accumulates as you play through the games. (when you count powering on the system, start screen, load screens, etc. over just a handful of games it accumulates into hours of waiting).

I will grudge through it, if a game is worth it, but I will jump to any alternative to reduce load times (I bought all the multiplat games on Gamecube just to shave off some seconds per loading screen).

This is actually one of the main things I want from Vita multiplatform games, fast loading (and sleep mode). I will actually buy them on the Vita over the PS3 based on loading times alone.

Depends on the game and how many there are, I mean you don't want long load times in a fighter, but something like Halo, is fine imo

depend if I got porn on the side or not

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

If you can't be arsed to go past a 3-5 second loading screen that does not bode well for almost all new games with any mass of content... Loading screens on consoles are getting a tad ridiculous imo.

The thing is that I play many games with annoying loading times. And I endure the pain. But for an impatient man like myself it's just that, pain. I guess I simply like games too much, hence the enduring.

To elaborate a bit more: if a game has a long loading time at the beginning and then is a quick and polished gem afterwards, I'm happy. If there are many loading screens during the rest of the game, it's horrible. But it depends on the game as well, like many before have said. For example, I've been playing Dragon Age: Origins on the PS3 and there's some annoying loadings in the beginning of the game, when you die as well and even brief pauses during gameplay itself. But I do enjoy the game so I endure them.

So, it's a case by case basis on whether I endure it or just throw the game aside. But if I endure it, it means I don't like them, I do however like the game enough to put up with it.

Modnation Racer's loading times made me stop playing that game (as much), how long were they?

Loading screens don't bother me.Ever since Dragon Ball Z budokai Ive learned to embrace loading screens. The reason I could care less about the time is if they let you play a mini game.In Budokai 1 they let you spin the analog and so on with the rest.As long as the game has some mini-game going on in the load screen im fine.

depends on the game, in Killer 7 it was like 2 seconds but it was awful.

I grew up playing on PC and the N64, so could tolerate PC games, but when I bought a PS1 it really annoyed me. when I got the GC I was already used to it and now with the PS3 it's the same. but still, I stopped playing that LOTR RPG on the GC because it was unbearable having 2-3 secs of loading for a battle.

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

Halo has ridiculous loading times. It's a major reason why I don't bother with that game anymore.
