Currently my ps3 is driving Tsukaba A-spec endurance race by itself....
I tried out the new suspend feature for endurance races on the 4 hour Tsukaba circuit. After racing for 20 minutes I went into the pits. There it allows you to suspend the race. It saves, then tells you to use the ps button to quit the game. You can't do anything else after saving. When you load up the game again it immediately loads up the circuit again to resume the race. So far so good.
2nd time into the pits I save on the pit lane to continue today. This morning I resume the race but the car somehow has a lot more momentum then when I saved and it spins out of the pit lane. Autodrive is still engaged and tries to enter the pit at the finish line by continously bashing into the wall. I have no control and can only restart or quit.
I restart the game to see if it was just a random glitch, it resumes the race again and the exact same thing happens. Ok, i'm screwed, I let it go for a while to see what happens. After 5 minutes or so autodrive gives up trying to drive through the pit barrier and resumes the race, which it is stll doing now. I still have no control. I can only watch while my tires are slowly wearing away. Hopefully it will pit and give me back control when the tires are done, but I fear it will keep driving until the car runs out of fuel.
Do NOT save on the pit lane, only save while stopped in the pit to be sure.
