Roy Halladay  (i tried to make a funny, baseball fans would get it, especially since he pitched today)

the amazing Philidalphia pitcher, who just got beat by the even better Chris Carpenter in the NLCS.

Valentines day and new Years eve.

Here my reasons:

Valentines day because of the awkward situations it can put you through. Like are you supposed to give this girl a present or not. It can be a struggle between not wanting to send false signals and not wanting to disappoint someone.

New years eve because of the pressure it can have on you. Where am I supposed to go ? Who will I visit and do I even want to party at all ? Lying on the beach and doing nothing beats often the alternative.

Wat do you mean by 'false signals'? You're suppose to give a present to someone you're in love with.

Yup thats what you are supposed to do. But if everything in this world would be black or white things would be easier.

Some girls have a problem to understand you if you say: I like you its nice to be with you, you are hot. I want to hang out with you but I dont love you. They say they are fine with that but often they arent and think they might change your mind later or that you cant admit your feelings or something.

If you then buy a present for valentines day she might think you love her, but if you dont she might be hurt and think you dont care about her.

Can be a tricky situation and hard to handle. I buy flowers for girls on valentines day with no reason other then to make them feel good. Not everyone grasps the concept of that.

Valentines day can sometimes be annoying thats why I prefer other holidays.

least favorite holiday is one that isn't major like Columbus day.
Favorite is Christmas

Personally, I have a hatred for New Year's Eve ...

I've never been a fan of loud obnoxious parties (or clubs) full of people I don’t know, but put up with it for years because it was what my friends enjoyed doing on a weekend night; and it was also an alright way to meet women. With most of my friends having settled down and are having children I’ve been (mostly) freed up from having to deal with these kinds of situations, except for New Year’s Eve where convention dictates that we (for some reason) have to go to a loud obnoxious party (or club).

Personally my least favorite of the holidays would be Christmas or my birthday (if you consider it that), I can't really like a day where I'm celebrating getting older and I like the spirit of Christmas and being with the family but hate the whole gift giving thing.

On the flip side, I've actually been able to enjoy Halloween these past couple years, dressing up and going to that big parade in Hollywood with friends, its a nice break from the same ol' same ol'. And how can I not enjoy St. Patrick's Day, except for the fact that I have to work the next day! New Year's is nice too

“When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy.” They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life." - author unknown

They all depress me.

my favorite is probably halloween

as for least there are so many little/non important ones that are celebrated here where im from that there would be to many to list but for major ones id have to say new years

This is a weird opinion... Definately think you're in a minority.
