I wonder if Game of Thrones was on early enough to be included in the emmys this year?

It certainly was. It won 2 Emmys: Best main title sequence (a pre-awards show trechnical award) and Best Supporting Actor for Peter Dinklage's Tyrion Lannister.

So happy for PD. He was great in that role. And next Season his character really should be in the best qactor category because his character is pretty central to the story.

So happy for the show. A rare win for the fantasy genre. And against most people's predictions too as he was up against some major acting talen t in some heavy weight shows.

I didn't enjoy the awards as much as last year, but they were OK. Loved the Modern Family sweep, but I wish O'Neil and Vergara had won instead of Burell and Bowen.

I guess starring in a Jude Apatow comedy is a sure fire way to win an Emmy. Katherine Heigl won one for Knocked Up, and now Mellisa McCarthy wins for Bridesmaids. She was simply terrible, and by far the worse nominee in her category. Amy Poehler should've won. Still, it was great how they all went on the stage when the nominees were announced. Such a nice moment.

Loved how Jim Parsons repeated. Never liked The Office, or Steve Carrell.

Thrilled that Mildren Pierce didn't win Best miniseries. Only saw the first part, and it was just so mediocre. Probably the worse thing HBO has ever produced. Glad Kate won. Also glad they gave an award to an attractive guy that was naked and had a sex scene (Guy Pierce). Usually such guys never win, because the voters are unattractive old men, who are jealous.

The Amazing Race is the only reality series I've ever seen that was worth watching. Don't care how many times they win. They deserve it. Also happy Jon Stewart won again.

I wanted Michelle Forbes to win Supporting Acress in a Drama, but Margo Martindale seemed so genuenly grateful for her win, that it was quite a touching moment. Should start watching Justified.

It was great seeing a legendary director like Martin Scorsese win. Boardwalk Empire won 8 Emmys overall (7 last week at the Creative Arts show). It thus ties ER for the most wins in a single year by a TV show without winning Best Series (ER won 8 Emmys for it's first season also, losing Drama Series to NYPB Blue, and going on to win Drama Series the following year).

Mad Men tied Hill Street Blues, LA Law and The West Wing for most Emmy wins in the Drama Series category (4). I was glad seeing them lose all those categories (they've won too many Emmys already throughout the years), and I think it's safe to say they won't win Drama Series next year.

I like Modern Family a lot, but i prefer Parks & Rec much more! The guy who plays Ron Swanson should have been nominated and should have won (if he were nominated :D)

I was very glad to see Kyle Chandler of FNL won. He was amazing on that show all 5 years so winning in the final season seems fitting.

i missed half the show. What category did he win in? I am happy about that as well! Of course I always seen the stories on how that show as great, but never could find out where or when it played.

I would say Charlie Sheens Roast was much more entertaining! But crazy!

Best Supporting Actress in a Reality TV Show of course.

I assume we are still talking about Kyle Chandler from Super 8 and early edition right? Best Supporting actor it would be then.

It's BEst lead Actor in a Drama Series (he's played the main character).
