PSV is still alot more worth it then 3DS, I don't think the price matters much with the difference in quality.

Really my bad, I read it launched in march somewhere, probably the EU version or something. 3DS kinda blow it's chance with the lead by not having any decent games for the longest time.

This phrase pretty much settles it.

You are bias and never really wanted to make a fair comparisson.

PSV has 2 analouges a way better screen, back track pad, more ram, more processing power and a load of other hardware features over 3DS and you think they are the same quality? 250 was overpriced for the 3ds it isn't for the psv, with the price cut they are on even ground.

Okay, I give up.

Just because for you dual screens or 3D don't account for anything, it doesn't mean other people don't care about them.

Hardware in Vita is indeed superior, but honestly, looking at the current announced line-up (not some worthless dev team number) I'd rather have a 3DS any day.

I'd rather have Vita's that makes it an opinion and you just addmited I was right about Vita being worth more hardware wise.

1. The games can easily be added to the store later, and psv has enhanced BC, they both have BC and older games (virtual console) avaliable for download, it should be a pro for both but TC only put it as a pro for 3DS.

2. It's stronger for psv then it is 3ds and he put it as a pro for 3ds...

4. Again saying psv has no system sellers is just wrong and there hasn't been a pokemon game annouced for 3ds yet. I didn't say to list it as a pro I said to take it off as a con.

5. At the very least it needs to be rephrased.

6. It shouldn't be in cons it should be neutral, and again it remains to be seen if there will be an extreme UMD add on released for psv and the games can easily go to the store.

1. It is missing games, and it is not complete, you have no proof Sony will add the games later.

2. Who says it is stronger for Vita? You?

4. Uncharted is no Mario, also, if you can say that it is obvious MH will come to Vita (it is not anounced yet), why discard Pokemon from 3DS? And the Nintendo system sellers are far bigger than Vita's. And just for the record, I don't think adding Pokemon for 3DS is fair either, or Monster Hunter for Vita.

5. Okay, fine, but 3DS price is better, no one cares about the launch price.

6. It remains to be seen, you said it. You cannot rule out a negative aspect just because Sony MAY fix that later. Sony was also rumoured to fix the PSPgo UMD problem.

1. It's not up to Sony, all of Sony's games are in the store... and again both have BC it's a pro for both or not on the list at all.

2. The 153+ 3rd party devs currently working on something Vita related

4. I didn't, I'm saying you should if you stick to that MH doesn't count for psv thing. Mario or not psv does have system sellers, there is no con for psv there, there is a pro for 3ds that is already there though (1st party) though I would rephrase it.

5. Except the people that bought it on launch.

6. It's not negative. Putting a UMD in the psv would be a negative.

I'm a lil curious. But what third party games are you gonna buy ( or atleast excited for) which was shown for the vita anyway?

Well I got my eye on dragon crown but I think it's being overhyped, there's also Persona of course and probably going to get Blazblue for it, the Ninja game looks good but I need to see more and I liked what I saw of Escape Plan. I'm also really interested in alot of the unnamed rpgs studios I like are making for it. Though Sony's games and psp BC are what's really selling it for me right now.

Well the bolded are direct Ps3 ports, but if you wanna buy the vita versions is your choice I guess. And for the Italics,  It's suprising  you are excited for games you haven't seen or have llittle/no info as of yet. You must be a huge rpg fan.

Well I hope the last 2 are good.

Being better hardwarewise doesn't make it a better product.

I dont wanna be that guy......but here we go.

NA and Europe arent gonna get the Vita this year. Japan is getting it late this year, but the software doesnt compare to everything the 3DS released this year from February to December, Mario 3D and Mario Kart 7 being the main games.

3DS won 2011 by default. Sure it aint a glorified win, but hey a wins a win :)

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Dragon Crown isn't a port it's been made from the ground up with both in mind,

Persona is a ps2 port with

  • The game will use the 3G and Wifi.
  • The game will include new scenes, new anime movie scenes with new voices,  new song for the opening movie as well as “an element that has been highly requested by fans”.
  • New character Marie, voiced by Kana Hanazawa, was added. She’s a “mysterious girl” who appears before the main characters.
  • Added Personas and character outfits.
  • When you’re about to die in a dungeon, you can send a message seeking help to other players. It’s not specified how this system will work exactly.
  • 1.5 times the voice of the PS2 original

1. You still haven't answered me on how exactly 3D is benifitial in anyway on a handheld. It just drains the batteries limits other features and goes blurry if you hit a bump in the road.

2. How does that translate into better games?

3. Wrong. You can redownload them for free on your vita if you already purchased in the ps store

4. I suspect you are ignorant to psv games and there are plenty of multiplats on 3DS and you just don't know it yet.

1. Have you even played it? The 3D effect adds a lot to the 3DS, it is not a gimmic, and the games that will use it in the best way aren't even out yet.

2. How does a rear touch pad, and many other stuff in Vita translate into better games? And the dual screens can add a lot to the gameplay sometimes.

3. OMG! And if you don't have a PSPgo and have a bunch of UMDs? Are you even listening to me? You cannot even debate on this one.

4. My favorite first party exclusives are on 3DS, Resident Evil is exclusive on 3DS, KH: Dream Drop Distance and a lot more. I guess if you don't like these games it is ok, but calling the Vita line-up superior is entirely subjective.

Persona 4 is a ps2 port? Daaam. Well there is a persona 4 planed for ps3/xbox to I think. I hope the one for vita isnt a port of a port.

As for dragon crown being completely original, ground up game for the vita, some links to that might help.  I'm just seeing ps3/vita version on the interwebs.

2. The analogue is self explanitory, for the rear touch pad see little deviants and modnation racers map editor (looks much better then ps3 version). I've seen dual screens add a little to gameplay but overall it doesn't add much.

3. Then you keep your psp... how hard is that?

4. There's going to be a resident evil and KH game on psv... as there were on psv, again this is just more 3ds headstart stuff and games of those on Nintendo platforms have always been pretty low quality and infferior compared to the psp ones I expect the same with the psv and 3ds.

1. It just looks nice and adds depth to the game, it is like saying that good graphics aren't beneficial in any way either.

2. Link this to point 1, how does that help me if I don't like it?

3. You have no way of defending, just stop it.

4. You are doing this on pure guesswork, and this thread is about facts.
