I'd like to know what's on your mind.

I want Vette's opinion on who visited you (Prof) and failed, amongst other things, such as lynch canditates.

why would he have an opinion on that? If someone protected me I don't want to out a role.

Although figuring out who may have protected and who may have attacked could be important in finding a lynch suspect, though I doubt the attacker would come forward.

Yes, it's clear hat knew he was a miller. I'm also curious if there are any more, as it was something I wondered day one. It seems unlikely at this point though.

Day one you wondered if there were other millers? is that a slip linkz?

In addition to what Liinkz said, I became convinced that you had ridiculous tunnel vision on Linkz, to the point that you would see things as evidence that just didn't make that much sense.

Speaking of which, why would it be a slip for Linkz to wonder if there were millers other than himself?  Just the sheer rarity of multi-miller games, or is there actually a reason you call it a slip?

Sorry about that,  weekends are normally bad for me.  Family stuff and all.

Despite the magnitude of posts that have happened since I got on, there isnt much that is on my mind.   Linkz felt scummy early on, as I too didnt think their would be 2 millers in the game,  but I just dont think that he is lying though.  He has put up a good defense and I have started to believe he isnt scum.

As for your other question on who visited Prof.   At first I thought it was a possible cult, cause why else would you be informed that you were visited,  unless I missed a good explanation for this, that was all I could come up with.  But the more and more I fleshed out the scenario it didnt fit.

I do agree with Final-Fan that Heph seems to be having tunnel vision on linkz, it could be a scum pushing for a mislynch or a over protective town player.

Linkz announced himself that after asking wonk about it he was informed he wouldn't be penalized.

Tell me something, and then tell me if you still think I have valid reason to believe what Linkz is saying.

Lets say you are hosting a game with the exact same punishment rules as in this game.  Now lets say Person X reveals his role, and it happens to be a miller.  The only punishment they can lose is their ability to vote, but they did reveal their role.  This player then asks you in a PM whether they have been punished for revealing their role.  Would you, as a mod, inform this player whether or not they have been punished?

Not sure about you, but I certainly would not inform this person that they had been punished.  Part of the punishment in my mind is not knowing whether your vote is actually valid.

I mean, for crying out loud, you are playing a game of mafia, yet for some reason, you take this specific statement as if it must be 100% true.

-------

Actually (and this is aimed towards everybody), why, just because somebody says they asked a mod and received so and so answer does everybody take it to be 100% truth?  This stands just as much chance of being a lie as anything else.  Being that there is no proof other than his own word, I'm going to continue forward believing that either he did lose his ability to vote, or he has been lying all along (which doesn't make sense) and isn't a miller, therefore received no punishment due to this.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

Votals

On Players

Linkz: heph, abc, baal, nen, ff, TOS

Nen: linkz, ff, prof, abc

abc: radish

By Players

heph: linkz, linkz

abc: linkz, nen

baal: linkz

nen: linkz

ff: linkz, nen

linkz: nen

prof: nen

radish: abc

TOS: linkz

Time limit: linkz

With 10 players it takes 6 for a majority. With the current spread it takes 5 to lynch. 4 votes are needed for a time limit.

FF, if you fake claim a role, you're bound to wonder if someone already has it, but suspecting someone has the same role as you in a 12 player game.... is a bit off unless you're a vanilla townie. Hence, him saying that he was wondering about it is suspicious because it's an unnatural reaction on day one, unless he fakeclaimed miller that is, in which case it becomes a confession "when I fake claimed I was afraid that someone else would counter claim".

And I haven't used this as an argument, my post is one sentence, pointing the oddity out, not making a case based on it.

Do you wonder if there are other cops when you land the role? other SKs? other trackers? not in a 12 player game, but hey, linkz's flip will reveal if i'm right or if he's very paranoiac ^^

Annnnnd you have it all upside down.

Linkz said he asked wonk before claiming. Hence he said he claimed knowing he would not be penalized.

Your own logic says that wonk would not have answered him, yet you defend the opposit version, that he did answer him.
