I'm wondering though why linkz gave his role away on day one. I searched google and it said that his character was a double agent, are there any roles like that in mafia?

Well this is strange, I was just contacted by Wonk saying someone tried to visit me last night but failed.

Either someone was blocked, someone doctored me, or I have my own ability that made it not work.
If someone was blocked, it may not have been a good thing. It could mean that I was copped and blocked, or that I was attacked and they were blocked.
If I was doctored, well spank you very much!
If I have an ability, well normally an ability doesn't work twice in a row. I'm not going to ask to be doctored or ask the RB (if there is one) to block again, since I'm not that important to waste those things on. But you can decide on your own whether I'm worth it. I'll say right now, that all I have to give is scumhunting.

It is a really weird situation. I've heard of mods telling the user that their ability didn't work but telling the target someone targetted him and failed is really out there.

By "if I have an ability" do you mean an ability that even you aren't aware of?

I'm saying that I might have consciously used an ability. Only the doc would really know if he helped me last night.

I don't want the RB to think that he helped me last night, because he might not have. Additionally, a non-town RB might have even saved me from death! (In that case, please do that again :D). I'm merely giving whoever is the RB the choice whether or not to do what they did last night.

What I want the helpful roles to understand is that I may or may not be able to protect myself for tonight. Protecting me might be a waste.

He said "Red Kantor standing by" and IIRC never came back. Perhaps he got lost in the Death Star trenches?

I can think of situation where this would happen,  although it wouldnt be a paticularly good situation for us.
