I hope there will be an official statement from MS soon to clear this up. I this is true then it is worrying, if MS with all their software and internet experience can't prevent this what chance does Sony or Nintendo have if someone goes after them. I think we can all agree that however is responsible is a real arsehole. At least the worst of it seems to be over.
