So I thought Galaki always reports the whacked out news stories that flood the air waves. I saw one and had to beat him to it.

There was a group of three friends Mark Rubinson, 25, and Robert Young, 43, Jeffrey Jarrett, 43 and these three friends hang out all the time. Jeffrey and Robert were room mates. So on August 27 Robert woke up to find Jeffrey dead , he quickly called his good buddy Mark but instead of reporting the death they decided to take Jeffrey shopping.

The pair loaded the deceased mans body into Rubinsons SUV and went for a bite to eat. They decided to use Jeffrey's credit cards to purchase their food doing a little shopping. Then they decided to hit up 7-11 getting some stuff and gas for the SUV. Finally after a few hours they decided enough was enough and dropped Jeffrey's life less body at home.

However they decided they weren't done their shopping spree. Hitting up an ATM the two withdrew 400$ from Jeffrey's account. Then off they went going to a Denver area strip club. They blew the 400$ and stayed at the Strip Club till closing time, having had enough fun for the day they went to retire.

But what to do about Jeffrey's body, well the group flagged down a police officer and when police arrived at the house they found Jeffrey's corpse! The next day August 28th both men were arrested for their heinous crimes, charged on September 6th with identify theft, criminal impersonation and abusing a corpse.

At the moment foul play is not suspected in Jeffrey's death however a toxicology report is under way to try and understand what killed him!

They could have gotten away with it if they would have been smart. Just take the CC and use them immediatly after his death and then just let the corpse rott after a few weeks its hard to pinpoint the exact time of death so it would be impossible to know if he was already dead by the time the CC were used.
