List threads -  List threads are amoung the biggest culprit threads. They require you to do one thing..List

Eaxmple: Whats your favorite FF game...whats your least favorite FF game.. Top 5 PS3 exclusives( EVERY FUCKIN WEEK)..TOP5 most hated "something"

these do not encourage any real debate .. if you want to talk about Final Fantasy then talk about Final Fantasy..the damn series is 20 years old and all you can think about is most favorite? c'mon

PS3 users we do not need you remind us of your top 5 favorite xxclsuives every damn day. enough

and you uuh VGC writeres STOP polling us on top consoles stuff..every other week .. list top 5 favorite DC games for upcoming something.. seriously how about writing about the sorry state of industry so we can help educate people on future consequences of bowing to stupid ideas and concepts

btw whoever wrote that garbage wii article.. please do not write for the site again or make sure to say IMO before every sentence

Elimnation games: ..STOP... we have like 4 0r 5 of these going at one time one for wii third parties, one in general third parties, the cliched villians and seece and machina's half a century long one. we should have a rule one at a time once every 3 months

seece and machina - trim the fat off( AKA the people nobody cares about) that competition and end it! it gets less and less response's every time due the fact not everybody knows what those industry icons contributed to the industry like the one sexy asian girl that worked on halo.. my first time hearing about her.  we you dont thwe people or arnt intersessted in there workit compells you NOT to participate.

Sales threads - which is actually natural for this kind of site  .. but they are always in the wrong forums..how come nobody has though to put sales discussion in the actual sales forum? I asume thats what its for ..so you know we can actually use the console threads for what they are made made for.

These are just a few Im sure if we went into the trashcan thats become theNintendo forums we could find alot more threads that just need to go away and come back.

we rarely have any real games discussion on this site and making a new VGC isnt ganna change that if these terrible threads habits dont get taken care of

If a thread is in a wrong forum, just report it. Otherwise, it just sounds like you hate forums.

Those elimination games have already been banned from further creation iirc, so there's no real problem there

They seem harmless to me. People enjoy making lists. I don't see a problem.

I just noticed the new elimination game which might have inspired this thread, so I guess that they're not banned

People have fun with elimination games, if you don't like them, just ignore them.

yeah its not as bad as it was a few months ago, i like original thread ideas stuff like leo and rol would do and in the 07-09 days

i was going to do a best psone console exclusive voting thread i havent seen a complete list of psone exclusives on the net. so i had to make it, i had to find all the console exclusives that i could it took some time, i finally did but decided not to do the thread i was afraid posters would think i was a thread whore

i still have the list idk i might do it one day
