Yes 600k is just absolutely insanity. But I guess if he's actually making money from this they it's totally worth it. Although it really seems like it would ruin videogames playing like that.

Multiple versions of the same game (automatically unlocks 1,000 achievement points installing the same completed game), game saves, boosting for points online.

Go for all the easy to obtain achievements, avoid the hard/time consuming achievements. Playing easy games will boost achievement score in minimal time.
