I hate this, Anonymous actually doing something decent. Now if only they didn't hack FaceBook and such I would be happy.

Also whats with this attack they simply planted a statement on the defence ministry site. It would have been far more awsome if they stole information and dumped it online to the Syrian people. Or maybe impersonate the Government online and give orders to troops. Do something actually damaging to the Syrian Government rather then simply telling the people they are sympathetic!
