Forums - General - GUY CAN CONTROL AND BLOW UP APPLE PRODUCTS!!!

Lol great title I guess, but anyway, friend on facebook posted this which I found interesting. Best part about it all is he directly addressed the issue with Apple but no response, and they call Sony neglectful HAH, EAT THAT APPLE FANBOYS! In any case I do hope they make an announcement about corrections to be made.

AppleKinesis. At least that's what I thought when I read the title.

Well I bet a good hacker could do the same with almost any device connected to a battery. From what he described even 3DS and PS Vita could be potential targets. Also reading the first page of the article you linked to the guy clearly states he hasn't been able to get a laptop to explode yet.

I'm pretty sure similiar devices could also have their batteries remotley shut down.. Though Apple using the same two passwords on every device makes the hack very easy. Oh well lets just hope hackers stick to blowing up or wrecking Apple devices and not move on to really important devices like 3DS or Vita's!

In reality, he said the potential is there to do it, but he is a bit scared to blow it up in his house. It also goes to show Apple's true colors. Would be nice to see Apple on the spotlight for this potential HUGE security flaw, heh using the same 2 passwords for ALL the devices which puts them in a worse light than even Sony's screw up, mind you the faggots at Anonymous didn't target them, and I wish they did. Oh well, hope all those guys rot in jail and hell.
