I would have to go with 2009 as being my favorite year. The forums were lively as hell, Vgchartz 2.0 came out then and it was just a fun place to be!

Same with 2009. As it felt like there were good threads left and right and good users all over the place. Back then I could easily get 10+ posts a day. And the vg$ was so fun to even though you didn't get anything. IM was a blast(Why did they take that out?)

Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems! UPDATE: This is no longer true. 2nd UPDATE: I have no Switch 2. I am now behind

I didn't join until 2010. Apparently I just missed the golden age.

I guess my favorite year would be 2010.

2009 was an amazing year. Then I started to notice the troll tactics of a certain few members and it has gotten worse ever since. Besides those certain members, the site is still pretty good. The news section has to go, it is a joke.
