My girlfriend was out of town and I've never really seen the changing of the year as something worth going through a lot of trouble to celebrate, so I stayed home. Mostly played Europa Universalis II, watched the Rome DVDs I got for Yule, and consumed quite a bit of brandy.

I just jammed on guitar hero 3 to the new years.

Well, I watched some Futurama on Adult Swim and then fell asleep at like 11:30. Then, because I forgot to set my alarm, it woke me up at midnight.

woo party. . .

i got horrendously drunk, and was in bed lying in a pool of my own sick by 11pm.

What a great new year!
