Sadly for me it isn't about whether I approve of my president or even his administration; I don't have much faith in my country no matter who's running it.

Man not having faith in your country, thats harsh. I'm a patriotic Canada lover so I can't see myself ever loosing faith in my country. I can't imagine how much it would suck to live in a country I had no faith in. Have you ever thought of leaving your country for one you'd have faith in more?

It is harsh, but I have reasons for it I'd rather not get into. I have thought about leaving the country, but I'm still young so I can't be sure it's the right thing to do yet.

Im always sadden when I see people like you spew the same hate, that you blame religion for doing.   Religion persecution by those non religious is just as wrong as religious persecution by those who are.    People act as if religion is the root of all evil when it has never been about religion but greed, money and overall power.  Some people just exploit religion to get this.

What's really disturbing is that he used Soviet Russia as an example of what to do with religion. They massacred thousands upon thousands of priests, bishops, nuns and monks. To advocate that is very extreme and very very disturbing.

You also know whats funny about that. He claims that religion is the source of all evil and violence. Yet his first thought is that Russia's anti-religious assualts were somehow a good thing. It just proves their are nut bags in all faiths and beliefs. This guy being one of them. Anyone who supports extermination of everyone with a certain belief is a nut bag terrorist himself.

South Park did a great episode about this. if all religion was whiped out their would still be extreme athiests who would continue violence and all the problems would simply be named differently. If people weren't killing raping and pillaging in the name of religion they would be in the name of athiesm or what ever crooked belief they held!
