360 will easily sell pass 60 million. I mean if they didn't that would have the year sales at like 10 million for 2011 and we all know it will be more than that.

Ps3 will probably pass 60 million too. So we can celebrate both at the same time. Because the gap may shrink more by the end of the year.

Um.. No it didn't. 54.8 is now 55 million? I don't even think they have 55 million shipped. With a 1 year head start over Wii and PS3, and it is significantly behind the Wii and barely ahead of the PS3 and probably won't be at the end of this year. No matter how you cut it, though, you're right. Great numbers. Just not as impressive when you dig deeper.

What exactly is the point with this misinformed post? Why bring in PS3 and Wii? It's shipped 55.3 mill WW.

Microsoft had two great gaming years, their efforts in 2007 and 2008 are commendable and they deserve the success. Hopefully they can get themselves back on track gaming wise, but as far hardware sales go, they've done a great job.
