same as this.. and every once in a blue moon go to the gym or life my own weights.. or bench my old laptop that weighs 25lbs (freaking alienware pos)


For over 8 years I have done (at least) 1 hour of cardio a day for 6 or 7 days a week, when I was in school I also lifted weights every day but over the past year or so work and life has limited the time I had available for weights ... I'm trying to get back into doing weights as regularly as possible ...
heh, used to alot actually. i was obsessed at one point (almost had a six pack :D) but then i got lazy :(

I do some minutes of abs everyday, and some weight lifting.
Not trying to look muscular, just 'fit'.
I workout all the time, but since I had surgery on both of my ankles, its a lot harder to get in the urge of doing it. But I still keep in shape.
gym 3 times a week for 120 minutes per day + running 3 miles x 3 times a week.
i eat cheetos, ding dongs, twinkies all the time and have sex with hookers and im healthy as a monkey...
exercise is for the weak..
