I recently learned how to make 3D videos on the PC and have uploaded what I find the coolest looking 3D game level.Good old Final Rush level in Sonic Adventure 2.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Bf0F8plnmY
I used the following:
Nvidia 3D vision driver
FRAPS
Dolphin emulator
Sonic Adventure 2 for gamecube.
Video is shot in side by side at 1280x360 per eye resolution(720p/2).
I wish I could have done full 1080p per eye but the emulator isn't optimized enough to run at 2X1080p and record 2X1080p at the same time...no matter what computer you have lol. I also wish I knew Youtube would take my widescreen video and squish it, cause I would have made it in 4:3 instead. Oh well...next time.
Its quite shocking how many of the Gamecube or Wii games look stunning in 3D HD using 3D vision and Dolphin emulator. I mean...Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes, Mario Gallaxy 1 and 2, Sin and Punishment 2, Miramusa, any Sonic game, Metroid Prime 3...all look stunning in stereoscopic 3D. Much better than anything PS3 or 360 have done in 3D thus far.
This is really something Nintendo should look in to...
