Surely you know of Respawn entertainment, that spawned directly after the Activision and Infinity Ward controversy over the Call of Duty franchise. Former Infinity Ward heads, Vince Zampella and Jason West, and are looking towards the future with EA with their future titles published under EA's guidance. Not much info can be compiled from the site other than the company's employing history which clearly takes plenty of talent from IW, shown by many employee resumes featuring COD:4 and MW2. The image above is the first teaser image of their new title.

Jason West makes fun of Activision not paying him and hints at Dedicated servers. Both awesome. Lots of people poached from IW, and quite a few people who worked on God of War 3. One of the guy's says he's good at SPU optimization for the PS3 Cell, another good thing.

With all of that being said, the game sounds like  FPS, optimized for the PS3. Since they hinted at dedicated servers, there will probably be some sort of MMO aspect to it, but there will be multiplayer nontheless. Sounds interesting.

The rumor from tons of credible sorces is that this is some sort of Sci Fi FPS.

Which I'm pretty excited about, we've seen what they can do in a modern day setting I would love to see how these guys would aproach futureistic weaponry and gameplay.
