lol maybe, but SNL can always either get around it by using satirical license (like people and comedians ripping off BP last year for the Gulf spill - BP is still a trademark) or just refering to her as Parah Salin or something depending on what Class 41 actually means by entertainment...

 

Either way, it's a pretty lame move by her imo, unless of course she is going for that game
