Anyone else play the Dragon Quest Builders demo? I was pretty much already sold on the game but after playing the demo it's been cemented as a day one purchase. I've only played like 30 minutes of it but that's all I needed. Contemplating on playing more or saving it for when the game actually comes out.

I loved DQ builders, it had charm, lots of areas to explore, plenty of stuff to build and it ran very well on vita . it's a shame they didn't implement any multiplayer  in it though. I don't care since I mostly play single player games, but I know several people that would have jumped on it day one if it had multiplayer. Not to mention, it would have been much more popular with streamers etc..

I need to get back to it since I still haven't finished the final area though, or I might grab the English version and start from the beginning.

Some Drive Girls stuff.

Given the fact that I have never played a DQ game before, I was surprisingly impressed by the DQ Builders Demo. Now i'll keep a keen eye on it and will definitely purchase it at some point after finishing the games at hand.

Has anyone been watching DanganRonpa 3 btw?

I have no idea what to make of it. I love some parts and loathe others. It's been a real mixed bag and I'm really not sure if I can recommend it if you're a fan of the games.

Yeah, i lost a lot of hype for it, that and I'm not a fan of the anime continuation so its pretty much been off my radar. I'll probably get it if it gets localized, but I'm not going to import it.

Just watch it on Kissanime, that's what I'm doing :P

I got them off Nyaa :p. i meant the anime was disappointing for me to the point that i just want to remmber the first and second  game story and forget the rest exists, which is what I did with the Final Fantsy X novels that came after X-2(I pretend most of X-2 story doesn't exist either :p)

I think that's what I'll do too.  I mean there's a slim chance that Hope episode will pull everything together, but I doubt it.

My biggest problem with the anime is just how they glossed over some major events.

Mutual killing of the student council made no sense, they started massacring each other with barely any incentive

Junko brainwashing each member of class 77 rather than breaking them down one by one was far too convinient and doesn't fit in with the story from DR2

In fact, class 77 bonding in general.  Basically Chisa goes away for an episode then comes back to them and it's all "we've become best friends thanks to Chiaki!  Ugh.  I wanted to see that

Throw in the fact that I didn't really care for any of the new characters, and yeah, it's been a disappointment.  It's weird, because I always thought I wanted to find out more about the DanganRonpa world, but I actually think it was better having a level of mystery around it.
