I know it's good for gamers with undubs and translation patches, but I'm really sad the hack happened. Because although great stuff is happening, there's already plenty of pirating too, which is a real shame.

I feel the same way. No matter how much people deny it, piracy can really hurt a device (the way it hurt psp and developers abandoned it and didn't bother with the vita)

Yeah, is a shame, there are already some indie developers sharing their concern about the Vita now that's hacked... but was bound to happen.. People had to play all these Non-existant gamez pirated someday... BTW Vita is the hadheld that have longed more before being pirated natively...
