That argument would hold more merit if they'd stopped releasing retail games in EU altogether, which they haven't.

You shouldn't feel sorry, I have several other worthwhile consoles to play with backlogs of unplayed games that beat the Vitas entire library 10 fold.

I like how Sony is effectively doing Xbone style DRM for Vita in EU.  No selling, no renting, no trading in, no lending to a friend.
