That's because PS Plus changed to two games per month per platform (2 for PS Vita, 2 for PS3 and 2 for PS4).

They are still on it for me in Canada, but they are changing it now. No more annual games, just 2 games on each platform every month, those get removed and replaced at the beginning of every month.
