No specific number, BUT Borderlands 2, eventhough it's an old game, was enough to push Vita sales a little bit. Goddammit SONY!!!!! Do you fricking realize now what the Vita needs!?

Yep..and to be fair the channels were relatively empty in the past month or two for vita. I think sony was clearing things out for the slim version

But yeah Sony are filled with idiots. Constant stream of games + some good bundles + colors would do wonders for the system...but nah I doubt they will do anything like that so the numbers should be shitty again in the near future. At least this mont tho..it's a good reason to be happy. Hell it almost wiiu in the MK release month

Already tweeted to Yosp that about NPD and more AAA games. If Borderlands 2 did that, I can only imagine what Type-0 could have done.

Or even Minecraft..imagine a proper minecraft bundle...maybe a green colored one for the holidays. Since it's the complete version and not the pocket edition it could do wonders for the system.....but my faith in Sony is non existent by now

So... Vita hardware sales undertracked on the US by VGChartz again?!... probably a lot more of games for the handheld too.

we expected it to be arround 40K at slim launch in US, which make sense now!! 

Sony doesn't even realise that vita owners make advertising for them because they love the system and  give a positve feeback about the system. More Bundles And more colors will definitly be the key of sale improvement.

Yeah, bolded was clearly the case as the results are in. Also, it appears that AAA games DO move hardwares, I'm so shocked! What really pisses me off is that they continue to push PS Vita as a companion device for PS4 and they keep saying that we want just smaller indie games.

YAY at the numbers 56k for the bundle, let's add some 27k for the standalone game, and the game should've sold 100k during the first month, which is pretty good i guess for the publisher.

Hopefully this will convince them to port the PreSequel. It would be a newer game,and with many fans moving onto PS4 could surely generate decent sales on Vita.

As for those Vita NPD sales. They're actually hilarious after all the trash talking Nintendo fans have been doing about how dead Vita is in the West and how nobody wants portable AAA games/ports of home console games etc, then Borderlands 2 (delayed inferior AAA port of irrelevence) can almost elevate hardware sales to the level of Mario Kart 8, the Wii U's messiah that'll help it surpass PS4 sales. (I know it's not quite that simple, but it does make me chuckle)



RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.
