PQube did the distribution for the title. But it's very new venture. I think they actually set up this year.

Expansion? as in DLC or kinda like Soul Sacrifice Delta?

it's like Delta, original game plus new story arcs/characters/weapons/bosses.... it's called Toukiden Kyoku.

They follow a chronolical order... with Rorona being first... but story wise You can enjoy any of the game in any order... Playing them in order only make you recognize characters from previous games appearing and such...

Well, it does say somewhere that you can hide some items in this game, and then the characters in Totori and Meruru can recover and use them. So, other than the plot linearity, it might actually be helpful to play this one first.
