Toukiden is more of a Monster Hunter kind of game but with faster paced combat. Idk about Ragnarok Oddyssey.

Toukiden is similar to Monster hunter; It has  similar map design (maps have multiple areas with fast loading screen when entering/leaving different sections of the map)  but slightly faster combat.

I found the combat enjoyable with the exception of the Bow, dismembering body parts is cool and you can get different Maitama (special souls off dead heroes that gives special buffs/abilities). Overall I liked the demo and am waiting for the full game ^^ There is a demo out that you can try out to get a feel for the game.

Is Ys digital only release in EU?

I think it's a physical & digital release since NISA is the publisher for Europe, but im not 100% sure.

I really hope it's both. I don't want to buy it digitally.

They ship a super limited amount, so you have to be quick though.
