D: Sh!t, I knew it. Sony doesn't give a shit for the Vita.
MikeRox said: PSP Go didn't so much fail because it was digital only. It failed because PSN only had scraps to download. Why buy a console that plays 10% of a systems library and pay more at the same time?
Add in that games which were £3-5 on UMD were listed at £29.99+ and there really was little value in the proposition. |
It failed because it was released at $250 when a PSP 3000 was at $199.

1 million copies for Freedom Wars?
I don't see it selling that much, maybe if it was Monster Hunter.

No live stream nor software announcement... ok, i think i can sell my Vita without any regrets by the end of the year. Monster Hunter anounced for 3DS, then this... Oh boy, i wish Final Fantasy Type-0 was announced before i sell my dear Vita :3

Selling hardware before the end of a generation is duuuuuuuuuumb.

Keep the hardware without games i will play for months is even more. And i dont think Sony cares about Vita owners too. What great games do we have to play this year? An 2yo game, Borderlands 2(wich i will get for sure) and Final Fantasy X-HD... That makes me wonder if they will ever announce something for Vita. They had 3 E3, 3 GDC, 3 Tokyo Game Show. They basically ignored Vita on them all, announcing indie games and... REMOTE PLAYY wooo.
I guess you dont see my point here... Vita has a great piece of hardware, and im enjoying it a lot, Killzone is a great game, Gravity Rush is AWESOME, Soul Sacrifice is a great hunting game too, with an awesome storyline, Uncharted is good too. But, you know... its missing something. Something that make people look for it, something even the PSP had. Vita isnt expensive itself, the memory carts are a bit, but... software, it needs not more software, but high quality ones, great franchises, unique things(Like Tearaway and Gravity Rush).
