Nothing against indies or low budget games. Some people love them, they can be fun, and some of them became epic successes (Pokemon, Bejeweled, Tetris, Ruzzle, ...)
But I find myself in line with Sisca's thoughts. I don't personally like Sony's "plan" to save the Vita. I wish we had more games for Vita in the similar league of what Dissidia, Crisis Core, Valkirya Chronicles and Peace Walker have been for the PSP.
I don't think that they would save the Vita in the sense that with such games hardware sales would skyrocket, no. But at least Vita would consolidate itself as the handheld for gamers, and lot of PSP owners would make the hardware upgrade, and salsefigures could be more consistent.
Example: two month ago I went abroad and happened to have a talk with the son of friends. He's almost twenty, owns both PS3 and PSP, and told me he loves the PSP most and that his favourite game ever has been Kingdom Hearts. He also owns an Iphone 4S, but doesn't use it for gaming. Just to sketch a user profile, so to say.
Anyway he didn't even know that PS Vita existed! Luckily I had one with me, with Dragon's Crown digital. He commented quite positively, but wasn't truly conquered; perhaps the 2D graphics left him a little unimpressed.
Now I ask myself: how comes a total Sony user doesn't even know about the Vita? And once he knows, what are going to be the dealbreaker games?... Surely not Guacamelee or Terraria, with all due respect for those two genially crafted games...
I think that Sony should try to win back at least part of the PSP audience calling back Square-Enix, Konami and Sega for their winner intellectual properties, and producing more focused advertising... I don't think that the indie medicine will save the Vita, nor using it as a remote device for the PS4...

Thing is, the post we had about Sony's plan was a quote from Adam Boyes, head of third party relations at SCEA (or something like that, don't know what his job title is).
All those games you listed, and publishers you listed, are Japanese. He's probably not going to know a great deal about what's going on to get them on board. It's going to be up to Japan studio and whoever it is in SCEJA who deals with third party relations to get those games on board.
I think he's just talking from a western standpoint, what he can do with the resources available to his teams, and what their focus is going to be. Because obviously he mentioned nothing about say, getting lots of anime and hunting games on board which Vita is doing, but it's not really his domain.
