Iwata said that the reason why they don't make their digital versions of the games cheaper is because it will make it seem like the value of the digital version has gone down or some dumb shit logic along those lines. so much fail

I give sony a lot of grief on many things but cross buy and 10% discount for vita digital titles are two great things as a consumer

Yeah, I got annoyed reading that article. I kept thinking Iwata must think, their consumers are extremly dumb to actually believe the bullshit he was shoveling, espicially with the shitty digital system Nintendo employees right now.

PSVita now got nearly every week a new game for third party  not like in west that why Vita can only be survive in Japan ,first party was never the cause of success of Playstation.

I think it's not so much a lack of games in the West, it's a lack of exclusive physical releases. The Vita has actually seen a lot of releases in the West in 2013 (as per my previous post, more than I've really been able to keep up with).

And just to confound the problem, Kresnik has now made me buy Earth Defense Force 2017 which yeah, I'd have had months ago if it was a physical release.

Apart of indie that are a big lack of games in west, the majority of Vita game are late port, aren't port ps3 game to Vita so easy i don't know why 3rd party refuse the release multiplatform game on Vita

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

That's the thing. It gets so much support over there and still isn't doing any better than it is doing in Europe in which we have next to no support.

Maybe because it's selling to 126 million people in Japan vs. 740 million people in Europe.

That's not a fair comparison. A huge chunk of those people in Europe wouldn't afford a Vita. The population that Sony really markets to is obviously larger, but handhelds are not the more common platform in Europe, unlike in Japan. Nothing excuses the level of sales Vita has in Japan. 2 mil with this much support? 3DS manages to sell more in Japan than in Europe.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Yeah it's a sad reality. Some nintendo apologists at gaf are defending iwata's honor like no tomorrow lol Pathetic

You think if first party support was a lot bigger psvita would do 15 million i don't think so,psvita install base is small but they are pretty active.

I think western  is bigger then Japan, also psv don't have any big IP in Japan if vita get Final Fantasy,Monster Hunter and Kingdoms Hearts Vita would have 3 time more sale every week then what it have now.

I believe so. Vita could easily sell 20 mil in 3 years in the West if they decided to publish their games on it instead of the PS3. They have the IPs, they even had the games but decided not to support their young platform. As a result, we (Vita gamers) lose and suffer the most.

PS. Thanks for the game Tom3k and Ktay, didn't even know this game was so much easier in multiplayer!

Handheld sold well in Japan because they got more support then home console in Japan but it's not the case with psv,psv don't have big IP a handheld or a home console without FinalFantasy,MGS,Kingdoms hearts,Monster Hunter will not make huge numbers

So what's your point, cause I fail to see any? They still get a much better support, no matter how you look at it.

Welcome to the Brave and the Few. lol!

You need to download the Vita version on your PS3 first, using the special option on the disc. Then transfer the game to your Vita. You need to be logged in on your PSN account on your PS3 while transfering. :)
