Hate to bring more doom to this thread, but when I was in my local Tesco today they'd completely gotten rid of all the Vita games.

The other store in my area still has them in, but it really isn't looking good at the moment.  Can't really see it gaining any mainstream traction again at this rate.

Ironically, they also had a whole stand in the gaming section dedicated to Wonderful 101.  Didn't stop to check the price, but I guess they were discounting it since it sold pretty poorly over here; can't see why else they'd be promoting it.

My local Tesco doesn't stock anything other than PS3/360/PC (well... World of Warcraft and Sims). No Wii, Wii U or 3DS either.

But yeah, the lack of "presence" is a bit concerning really. I thought Sony might have looked at having a bit of a push with Rayman Legends and KillZone both coming out and a few other games being due over the next few weeks too. As it is even Grainger Games look to be having a bit of a clear out, they have more Pre owned PSP stock than they do Vita games on the shelf at the moment, and have made the bottom half of the rack a "Sims" section.

Well I work in the gaming department at my local Best Buy and they don't tell us how long to keep them out. I waited untill we sold out of our first shipment (only 5 copies) and then took it. There were a lot of other employees wanting to take it but I was not going to let someone else take it while I was off for the weekend lol.

Both of mine had a minor Vita section in with the PS3 games.  One of them still has it, the other one doesn't.

For 3DS, they just mix the games in with the DS games.  Same with Wii-U - they just stock them with the Wii games.  I checked, though, and there was only Pikmin & LEGO City (the W101 copies were separate).

I work in the gaming department in my Best Buy and we had it on display for 2 weeks so when we sold out of our first shipment I took it.

If to many people do this though it lowers the sales in EU and makes the game look it did worse in EU.

In most cases I'd say it's worth waiting just to see if there's a physical EU version so we can support it (and show there is demand), but honestly I don't think it's going to happen here.

And besides, you're supporting something by importing from the USA.  You're supporting the localisation process itself; the more sales of this, the more likely Xseed are to bring over other Vita titles (especially if there's another Ys).

It's a real shame Xseed don't have an EU distribution arm though.  They have to rely on NISA or any of the European publishers like Ghostlight or 505 Games to take up the mantle instead, which kind of sucks.

OMG. Aksys must love Vita or they have an agreement with Sony. They keep releasing more and more games!
