does anyone have any information about this game it seems to be top secret anybody know anything I`m sure lokking forward to it but i need mor information

Nintendo has been really quiet about the game for awhile, we will likely get some information about the game in the next 6 to 12 months (or possibly never hear about it again).

It was supose to be a major title some still say its releasing in 2008 some say it got secretly scrapped.

but its coming out 25 january

I doubt it's scrapped since they first showed it at like e3 2006 or something, then went quite about it never said a word, then this past e3 they had new movies and info ect, so I doubt it's scrapped. It's just that Nintendo doesn't hype alot of their products to the extent sony and microsoft do. They are usually fairly quite about their games until a few months before the release. But no, I really don't think there is any reason to think it's scrapped.

I know Project HAMMER was as well, but I thought this game was too? Not that I'd wish a great game like this get canned but...

 HAMMER was pronounced dead by Nintendo. Disaster has just been totally silent.

 I think they're just getting ready to hype it (you know, Nintendo-level hype) at a more stategic time,  when holidays are done and people won't get distracted from buying bucketloads of SMG, Wii Fit, and Mario and Sonic. It might be Nintendo's big bid to woo core gamers next E3, since they targeted casuals with Wii Fit last E3.
