lol.....beat in what way? This is silly. When it comes to the game itself, you can't compare the two. One is an arcade shooter, the other isn't.

In terms of sales.......not much point in even discussing it. It's Call of Duty. The only other game that has a chance of stepping up to it is Halo.

BF games just arn't in the same boat as those two. They don't attract casuals in the masses like those do, so they're already at a disadvantage.


Either way, I'm gettin BF3 when it's out.

Amazing how people only play COD and are scared of other fps's taking over their gaming library, like killzone, battlefield, or resistance.

COD is one of the most casual games I know. Many girls and little kids own COD and are only allowed a few games a year and one of them is COD. On the other hand Battlefield makes excellent games that are much better than COD and still don't get as many sales. In elementary schools the kids who own a PS3 and 360 have tooken over Call of Duty

Agreed COD is mainly played by, well everyone really and I'm not saying it's bad, but it is tiresome as it's to much of the same thing year in and year out...
