I like the DS3 for its rumble and D-Pad. Otherwise they are pretty much the same, the analogue resistance on the 360 is good for FPS's but unfortunately brings in low sensitivity with most games.

When you constantly switch between them like me they both feel comfortable. The practically are the same controller.
