That's not a good comparison. That in no way implies that cell phones are as dangerous as lead. Lead is dangerous for reasons not related to any carcinogenic properties.
A much better comparison of danger would be these, also on the list:
-nickel
-isopropene (a common compound in the human body)
-carbon black (commonly found in car tires, some inks and plastics)
-coffee
That's right folks, using a cell phone is as dangerous as drinking coffee.
