It is from Final Fantasy XIV Rank 46 storyline quest. Yep, he is a Garlian soldier, and has a Gunblade.

Remove it at once, its tempting me to get the game and I don't have money.

I think with Russel gone, Wahlberg will be out also. Russel seems to love Wahlberg, and that's the only reason he was cast for Drake in the first place.
