i cant wait, please let it be multiplatform would be a decent move for SE since star ocean always sells well in the states

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Star Ocean games didn't always sell in the states.  People will say SO2 sold pretty well in the states while others say it was was overshadowed by FFVII though that wouldn't make sense since SO2 was released in Japan in 1998 and in the states in 1999 while FFVII was released in both Japan and the states in 1997.  SO3, without a doubt, did sell quite well with about 740K copies sold in the US alone as of today, which is no small feat since JRPGs not called Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts almost always never sell in the states.
