No, not killed. Pissed Cole off, yeah (real bad). He (spoiler) was willing to kill 1000's in order to attain superpowers. But he apologized. You can tell from throughout the game that him and Cole are like brothers, so it's definitely believable that Cole would forgive him.

sorry but i disagree... LBP was given to PS Plus members who subscribe in the first month... dont know the numbers about PS plus subscribers but it is a very small number compared with 70 millions of PSN accounts... if 1/4 of those do download inFamous and of those 1/5 do really like the game worth of a full price buy... that is alone almost 4 millions... if that is achieved... on top of that, the first sold almost 2 millions... 5 millions is a huge number for inFamous 2 and i think is doable... will it happen?? i doubt... but in theory...
