If 2nd party counted I would include Heavy Rain.

BTW looking at that list makes me realise how great Sony have been this generation in the games department, and the gen isn't even over.

Easily God of War III, nothing else comes close... Although I do love LittleBigPlanet 1/2 too! And the GOW games on PSP are also amazing.
