Got some bad news, that 5 hours business was a mis-report, the actual conference/presentation is the regular 1.5hours but they'll have booths and stuff all day

I thought I was gonna be the same as last year for me (same as you right now), but I lucked out this year! I'm gonna finish tomorrow!! :D

Taking a day off for E3 couldn't hurt! Have a little fun! And good luck with your exams :) 

But it'll be Pokemon which automatically makes it better

XD That actually makes me happy. Microsoft's press conference finishes at about 4:00 am, so I will go to sleep straight after and wake up at 9:00 to watch Sony's. Waiting around for 5 hours for a few moments of awesomeness would of been tiresome. Though I'm glad they're compacting everything into 1.5 hours, so now there should be a nice continuity with little filler :D .

Uncharted 2 was beyond exceptional. The story, music, gameplay... argh... everything was just purely awesome! A sign that I truly love a game is when I finish a level and I intentionally kill myself just to play through it again... there were many many times during UC 2 that I did that XD. The replayability of it is also amazing. I can go back time and time again and still find the adventure fresh and exciting. All this into one makes waiting for Uncharted 3 so unbearable. Just the thought of Naughtydog trying to top their last adventure makes me so thrilled that I can't type continuously without breaking out into a mini dance every so often :P. Bah, seriously, just listen to that piece of music I posted... that is enough to get you hyped for this game, if you weren't already. 

Uncharted 3 promises quite a few new advancements over the previous 2. The villain, Katherine Marlowe, is more brain than brawn as opposed to Lazarevic. She seems like the sort of character that'll always be 2 steps ahead of you, and isn't afraid to wield a knife... O_o that crazy lady has one hidden in her umbrella. Also the engine seems to have undergone a nice make over. I'm not going to get technical with the spec (because I can't XD), I'll just simply say that it looks very purdy ^___^. The destruction physics in particular are staggering. Hmmm, what else...oh, there's also the intriguing storyline. Drake is in search of a lost city, the Iram of the Pillars, and he needs to track through the Rub' al Khali to find it... from there on is uncertain. We'll probably get more details about the storyline during the press conference, though I'd like to know as little about the story as possible. 

So yeah, there are plenty of reasons why you should be hyped for Uncharted 3. Evan Wells stated that they're working feverishly to top their stellar 2009 E3 showing... they'll have to do something extraordinary, and I'll be waiting with breath that is baited. ^_^ I hope to be amazed yet again by Naughtydog.

How is it wrong? You mean to tell me when you look at the sequal for a game you don't look at the previous game in the series? If thats wrong then i don't want to be right. Unless the game is doing a major revamp which i doubt then you should look at the previous game with any franchise. But this is all my opinion and wether you like it or not is not my problem. 

Im going to miss the to press confrences that actually matter two me Sony and Microsoft. Oh well i guess i can watch it recorded on gamespot. 

umm thats what sequals (if thats how you spell it) are all about. improving and changing for the better. People swear that assssins creed 2 wipes the floor with part 1 and many other games. Infamous 2 has a better city, enemy variety, more powers, and better voice acting. EVERYTHING is better than the original (minus the story which i don't know about) PLUS it gives user generated content. Even IF the first sucked ass, part 2 is looking to be a contender for Game of the year. And if buying a game of the year contender is wrong, i don't wanna be right.
